To capture the essence of our Living Waterways, we launched our amateur photo competition in North & West London and were inundated with beautiful images of waterways that flow through Barnet, Harrow, Brent, Ealing and Hounslow.

The shortlisted and winning entries are on display at a Public Photo Exhibition upstairs at the W7 Emporium, 60 Boston Rd, London W7 3TR which closes on Sunday 24th April 2016. The images depict some magical places, teeming with signs of life and reflect what each of the photographers felt was special about each location.

W7 Emporium has kindly offered a 10% discount on selected food and drink to new customers who are viewing the exhibition. To claim your discount, register via this link - http://www.thames21.org.uk/photo-exhibition-2016-food-drink-promotion/

The Private View held on March 8th 2016 (captured in these images thanks to photographer Stephan Burn / Story Factory), was attended by shortlisted entrants and representatives from the Brent Catchment Partnership and Thames21. It was a warm and lively event, and highlighted the conection that people feel with rivers and waterways.
